PerformConnect Careers is operated by Think-I Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company number 16318349) (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

A confidence and career development platform: a confidence scan, AI-assisted coaching, exercises, and progress tracking. Some features are free; others require a paid subscription.
We may improve, change or withdraw features over time. If we make a significant change that affects a paid plan, we’ll tell you first.
As a consumer you normally have 14 days to change your mind about a digital subscription and receive a refund.
If you ask to start using the paid features immediately, you agree that the service begins during that 14-day period. Where the service has been fully provided in that time, the right to cancel is lost; where it has been partly provided, we may make a proportionate deduction.
To cancel, email think.i.brand@gmail.com. This does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
PerformConnect Careers offers coaching-style support for confidence and career development. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical, legal, financial or career-guarantee advice.
Some responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate or suitable for your situation. Use your own judgement, and seek a qualified professional where appropriate.
If you are in crisis or struggling with your mental health, please contact your GP, the NHS on 111, or the Samaritans on 116 123.
We do not guarantee any particular job, promotion, income or outcome.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
You keep ownership of what you write and upload. You grant us a licence to store and process it solely to provide the service to you.
The platform, its content, branding and materials remain the property of Think-I Ltd. Your subscription gives you personal access, not ownership.
We aim to keep the service running but can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Occasional maintenance or downtime may occur.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited — including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England & Wales.
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above and, for significant changes affecting paid members, let you know by email.
